ServiceNow Developer

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Role: ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
• Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Service Catalog capabilities.
• Maintain and improve CMDB health, governance, data quality, and relationship mapping.
• Build and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, and Scripted APIs.
• Develop and enhance Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Service Portal components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and release management activities.

Key Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITAM (HAM/SAM), CSM, and CMDB.
• Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management, Customer Service Operations, and CMDB Governance.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with data imports, transform maps, reconciliation rules, and data management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM
