Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable backend architectures
  • Write high-quality code at very high speed
  • Implement multi-agent AI workflows
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring performance and reliability at scale
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data availability and integrity
  • Monitor and improve data quality, pipeline performance, and overall infrastructure health

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 IIT
  • 4+ years of experience in Python and Java
  • Strong understanding of AI, with the ability to use it to build 10x faster than others
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, system design, scalable code structures, and distributed systems
  • Hunger to learn and solve tough, ambiguous data problems in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
