The Opportunity

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of insights for Epsilon PeopleCloud’s Customer Data Platform. The role will focus on helping data and audience owners understand the health, quality, readiness, and business usability of their customer data and audiences. The Product Manager will define insight experiences across three primary areas:

  • Profile and audience health
  • Data onboarding quality
  • Cross-business-unit audience targeting

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, data, analytics, UX, architecture, and other product teams to turn complex CDP operations into trusted, intuitive, and actionable insight experiences. This is both a domain and platform oriented role. The Product Manager will own the CDP-specific insights that customers and internal teams need, while collaborating with the central EPC Insights team to ensure consistency in metrics, user experience, authorization, reporting, and AI-assisted capabilities across PeopleCloud.

Responsibilities

CDP Insights Strategy and Roadmap

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CDP reporting and insights.
  • Identify the highest-value decisions that data owners, audience owners, marketers, and operations teams need to make.
  • Translate these decisions into dashboards, metrics, alerts, diagnostic workflows, and AI-assisted experiences.
  • Prioritize near-term customer value while contributing to the longer-term PeopleCloud insights architecture.
  • Establish clear success measures for adoption, data-quality improvement, operational efficiency, and business impact.

Profile and Audience Health

  • Define how customers and internal users assess the health and usability of profiles, and segments.
  • Develop measurable definitions of profile completeness, coverage, freshness, matchability, reachability, duplication, and audience readiness.
  • Ensure insight definitions are understandable, governed, and consistently applied.

Data onboarding quality

  • Own the insight experience for monitoring data as it moves through onboarding and becomes available for CDP use cases.
  • Define visibility into data arrival, processing status, mapping quality, validation results, transformation outcomes, exceptions, and readiness.
  • Partner with Epsilon PeopleCloud data and platform teams to surface actionable quality indicators at the appropriate stages of the workflow.

Reporting And AI Experience

  • Partner with the central Epsilon PeopleCloud Insights team to adopt common patterns for navigation, filters, exports, saved views, authorization, and report enablement.
  • Define high-value natural-language questions and guided analytical experiences for CDP users. Identify where conversational and agentic capabilities can reduce investigation time or simplify complex analysis.
  • Ensure AI-generated explanations and recommendations are grounded in governed data and certified metrics.

Product delivery and execution

  • Convert strategy into well-defined problems, outcomes, requirements, and prioritized product increments.
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams throughout discovery, architecture, delivery, and launch.
  • Use prototypes and early releases to validate user value before pursuing broad architectural convergence.
  • Make thoughtful trade-offs across customer value, data availability, usability, platform consistency, and implementation effort.
