Role Description The Owner role at HighOnSwift is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, guide product direction, and ensure that app development initiatives align with startup clients’ goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operations, leading and mentoring the team, nurturing client relationships, and making key decisions on technology, resources, and partnerships. The role also involves setting financial goals, monitoring performance, and identifying new market opportunities. The Owner is expected to maintain a collaborative culture, uphold ethical business practices, and represent HighOnSwift in the local startup and tech community.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills to guide a growing app development organization.
  • Experience in mobile app development, product management, or technology startups, with a solid understanding of modern app technologies and workflows.
  • Business strategy, operations management, and financial planning skills to oversee budgets, growth plans, and organizational processes.
  • Client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with startup founders and partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area and engage actively with local tech and startup ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or prior founder experience are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with startup fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and scaling digital products is highly beneficial.
