Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday Work From Home, Tuesday-Friday Work From Office)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in modern web technologies, Python-based backend development, cloud-native architecture, and Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications using Angular or React, Python, and Azure Cloud Services.

This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, architecture ownership, stakeholder management, and a passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and cloud-native application design.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

Provide technical leadership across full-stack engineering teams.
Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and code quality initiatives.
Drive technical excellence through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards.Architecture & Solution Design
Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
Own end-to-end application, integration, and platform architecture.
Define technology roadmaps and modernization strategies.
Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal architectural decisions.Full Stack Development
Architect and develop modern web applications using Angular or React.
Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Design and implement reusable components, service layers, and integration patterns.
Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.Cloud & Azure Engineering
Design and build cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
Implement scalable architectures using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, and related PaaS offerings.
Drive cloud security, governance, monitoring, and observability initiatives.
Lead CI/CD automation and DevOps adoption using Azure DevOps and GitHub.Frontend Engineering & User Experience
Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular or React.
Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Establish frontend architecture, component standards, and reusable design systems.Agile Delivery & Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
Lead technical planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery activities.
Support Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and technical debt effectively.AI & Modern Engineering Practices
Champion AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot and other approved tools.
Drive adoption of automation, observability, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering best practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
