Do you enjoy turning data into meaningful insights? As an Analyst, Business Intelligence & Continuous Improvement, you’ll help SHL make smarter business decisions through insightful reporting, interactive dashboards and process automation. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, uncover opportunities to improve performance and turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What You Will Be Doing

Create and maintain operational, productivity and financial reports, translating performance data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders
Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and Excel reports, identifying trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
Integrate data from multiple systems, ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency and data quality through regular checks
Automate reporting processes and explore new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Present findings and recommendations to line managers, geographic owners and senior leadership to support informed decision-making
Maintain reporting templates, documentation and standard processes, ensuring consistency across the team
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues, manage requests and deliver accurate outputs within agreed deadlines
Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to projects that enhance operational processes and business performance

What we are looking for

Essential

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
Analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
Clear communication and effective stakeholder management skills

Desirable

Experience developing Tableau dashboards
Familiarity with SQL, Python or Excel VBA
Experience automating reports or business processes
Knowledge of PowerPoint reporting and data visualisation
