🔹 What Youll Do
- ️ Drive Enterprise Data Strategy: Design and implement modern data platforms and enterprise-scale Data Engineering solutions.
- ️ Lead Technical Architecture: Define technical direction, establish engineering best practices, and guide teams in building scalable, high-performance systems.
- ️ Deliver Data amp; AI Solutions: Drive end-to-end implementation of cloud data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, MLOps, and LLMOps capabilities.
- ️ Partner with Clients: Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and strategic discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
- ️ Bridge Business amp; Technology: Translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- ️ Mentor Engineering Teams: Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and strengthen architecture capabilities across global delivery teams.
- ️ Drive Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies while balancing innovation, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
🔹 What Were Looking For
✅ 7+ years of professional experience building and delivering production-grade systems, particularly in Data Engineering and cloud data platforms.
✅ Proven experience as a Software Architect or Data Architect.
✅ Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, data governance, data collection, aggregation, analytics, reporting, and BI.
✅ Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale analytical and data platform programs.
✅ Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Experience with IoT platforms and/or Customer 360 solutions is highly desirable.
