About the Role

As Demand & Supply Planner, your focus will be demand forecasting and planning, backed by strong supply planning, inventory management and replenishment across our D2C, retail and marketplace channels. You will study sales trends, seasonality, promotions and business plans to build accurate forecasts and align supply with demand, so that products are always available and inventory stays healthy.

What You'll Do

  • Forecast demand (core focus): Build and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, promotions, launches and business inputs across D2C, retail and marketplace channels.
  • Analyse performance: Track sales, inventory, stock cover, sell-through, availability and forecast accuracy using planning tools and dashboards, and flag trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Run the planning cycle: Prepare monthly and rolling demand plans with Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, NPD and Supply Chain, so forecasts match business plans and campaigns.
  • Drive supply planning (mandatory): Convert forecasts into procurement, production and replenishment requirements with sourcing, manufacturing and warehouse teams, keeping lead times and capacity constraints in mind.
  • Balance inventory: Monitor inventory and material availability, spot stock-out risks, excess stock and slow-moving SKUs, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Plan for peaks: Build new launches, promotional campaigns, festive demand and seasonal peaks into demand and supply plans.
  • Report with insight: Maintain planning dashboards, track forecast accuracy and inventory health, and give management clear, actionable insights.

What You Bring

  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning or inventory planning
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, supply planning and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with demand and supply planning tools, ERP systems and inventory planning platforms
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis and forecasting models
  • Ability to read sales trends, seasonality, SKU-level data, forecast variances, procurement lead times and supply constraints
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills in a fast-paced D2C / retail environment
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field
  • Advantage: experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, beauty, personal care or lifestyle
