Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, marketing automation, payment gateways) via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Build and maintain complex validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, and approval processes to enforce business logic.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions on Salesforce platform.
  • Perform code reviews, write unit tests (Apex Test Classes), and ensure 90%+ test coverage for deployment compliance.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools like Copado or Gearset for release automation.
