BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSTLocation: Hadapsar HO, Pune

Experience: 4–7 Years

Reporting to: Head – Product Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, integration and optimisation.
  • Analyse and redesign business processes; develop SOPs and workflows.
  • Coordinate ERP requirements, functional specifications and implementation partners.
  • Drive data migration, UAT, user training and system adoption.
  • Develop MIS reports and dashboards for sales, projects, inventory, procurement and operations.
  • Analyse business performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, process compliance and cross-functional integration.Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations or Finance.
  • 4–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis or process improvement.
  • Hands-on Odoo ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI / SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Manufacturing, engineering or project-based industry experience preferred.
