The role

You’ll turn our data into decisions and help us get better with every project.

What you’ll do

• Analyze performance data to find out what works and what doesn’t.
• Build dashboards and reports for the team and for clients.
• Improve the quality and structure of our data.
• Develop approaches to spot patterns and signals in the data.
• Work closely with sales and operations to make insights actionable.

You’re a fit if

• You’re confident with SQL. Python is a bonus.
• You have experience with a BI tool such as Metabase, Looker or Power BI.
• You can explain numbers so that everyone understands them.
• You speak good English. German is a plus.

You’re probably not a fit if

• you expect a finished data warehouse and a large data team.
• you’d rather build reports than ask questions.
