Salesforce FSC Architect
ROLE SUMMARYAs the Salesforce Technical Solution Architect for a Bank domain project, you will own the bank's Salesforce solution and technical direction. You are expected to be a Financial Services Cloud (FSC) super expert with strong banking-domain experience who stays highly hands-on.
You will go directly into client calls for requirements discussions, solution discussions, architecture decisions, and feature walkthroughs with excellent customer handling of the bank's stakeholders. You will also shape the bank's roadmap for new modules and integrations, guide architecture across its mobile and web channels, and support the team as a hands-on technical leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Salesforce Leadership: Own the Salesforce solution and technical direction for Project. Guide the Salesforce team on the account, set design standards and review practices, and act as the single point of accountability for solution quality.
- • Exceptional Customer Handling: Act as the primary technical anchor on client calls, covering feature walkthroughs, solutioning discussions, and architecture Q&A. Lead complex discussions with bank stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction, clear communication, and strategic alignment.
- • Requirements & Strategic Roadmap: Lead requirement discussions with key stakeholders and convert business needs into signed-off solution scope. Define the roadmap for the bank's new modules, including Analytics, Visa, and other third-party product integrations.
- • FSC Super Expert (Hands-on): Design and build end-to-end solutions on the FSC data model (Client/Household, Financial Accounts, Financial Goals, Financial Holdings, Actionable Relationships, Interaction Summaries, Life Events). Make configure-vs-custom decisions across FSC, OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, and LWC, and remain hands-on with configuration and code.
- • Banking Integration Architecture: Architect integrations with core banking platforms, payment gateways, credit bureaus, and KYC/AML providers via MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
- • Channel Architecture: Guide architecture across banking channels: Salesforce Mobile SDK, Experience Cloud portals, and Salesforce API consumption.
- • Security & Compliance: Own compliance and security architecture: KYC/AML workflows, PII/PCI handling, field-level encryption, Shield where applicable, and data residency.
- • Team Enablement: Support the team directly with architecture guidance, design and code reviews, and hands-on resolution of technical issues.
