Role Description The Head Of Product Development And Innovation will lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis through design, development, testing, and launch. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and requires close collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned with business strategy. Daily responsibilities include evaluating new technologies, gathering customer and stakeholder feedback, managing product backlogs, and overseeing prototyping and solution validation. The role also involves establishing product development standards, mentoring cross-functional teams, tracking performance metrics, and driving continuous innovation to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product development, including roadmap ownership, feature prioritization, and successful product launches.
• Strong innovation mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, validate concepts, and translate ideas into viable product strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, aligning technical decisions with commercial goals.
• Experience setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance, customer adoption, and development efficiency.
• Background in technology, engineering, or product management, supported by a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort working with data and customer insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of building and mentoring high-performing product or innovation teams.
• Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines for complex, multi-phase product initiatives.
• Familiarity with agile or lean product development methodologies and modern tools for collaboration and project tracking.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and engage regularly with internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Prior exposure to technology startups, R&D environments, or innovation labs is a plus.
