Solution Engineering Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Engineering Lead – AI Application Implementation to drive the successful deployment of AI-based enterprise applications across global pharmaceutical clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, architectural thinking, client facing capability, and cross-functional leadership. The candidate will lead implementation programs, translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, and ensure high-quality, compliant deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-driven enterprise applications.
• Understanding of system design, data models, integration strategy, and performance optimization frameworks.
• Ensure best practices in Python development, SQL optimization, and AI model integrationClient Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Lead solution walkthroughs, requirement clarification sessions, and technical discussions.
• Manage expectation alignment across business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
• Provide periodic updates on technical progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Act as the technical interface for clients.Multi-Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Drive planning and implementation tracking.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration between internal product teams and client IT teams.Compliance & Quality (Nice to Have – Strong Advantage)
• Exposure to Pharma Manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of:
• Computer System Validation (CSV)
• 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
• GxP environment
• Quality and compliance frameworks
• Support documentation for validation, audits, and regulatory reviews.

RequirementsCore Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Python
