We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, solving complex technical challenges, and working with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
  • Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
  • Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services with internal applications.
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and data management.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving application architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver quality software solutions.
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance on AWS infrastructure.
  • Follow coding standards, secure development practices, and software engineering best practices.

Techinical skill required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience in developing REST APIs and working with Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL queries and database optimization.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code is must.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in software application development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or product-based companies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate within a fast-paced development team.
