Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience in backend development using Python, frontend development using React.js, and a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI concepts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, and working with AI-powered features or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Python.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Develop reusable React components using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Implement basic AI/ML and Generative AI functionalities into existing applications.
  • Integrate AI APIs and services such as OpenAI or other LLM-based platforms.
  • Understand and work with prompt engineering, embeddings, and basic RAG concepts.
  • Perform application debugging, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services.
  • Good understanding of OOP concepts and data structures.Frontend Development
  • Hands-on experience with React.js.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.AI / Generative AI Basics
  • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
  • Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and AI API integrations.
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architecture is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks is preferred.Database & Tools
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.Good to Have
  • Experience in developing AI-powered web applications.
  • Knowledge of chatbot development and LLM integrations.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.Candidate Requirements
