Looking for an engineer who is also an Entrepreneur, Builder and Mr. Figureoutable at heart to join our founding team.

About Us:

We are a D2C brand led by IITR alum. We are pre-launch and have raised pre-seed funding backed by founders of Souled Store, TIGC, partners from Investment banking, and strong startup operators.

We aim to become a 5000 Crore brand by 2030 and tech would be at the core of how we achieve this goal.

But why hire in tech for a D2C brand?

We're building what we hope will be one of India's first truly AI-native, tech-first D2C brands.

• Not a D2C company that occasionally uses ChatGPT.
• A company where AI and technology are at the core of how we operate, make decisions, serve customers, and scaleThus we are looking for a Founding Engineer cum AI builder to make this happen.

Who are we looking for?

• A strong full-stack engineer, AI enthusiast, problem solver, and someone with serious entrepreneurial energy.
• Has a high bias for action. You'd rather ship something in 3 days than discuss it for 3 weeks.
• Someone who can independently take products from idea to deployment.
• Can build for web and mobile (or is confident in figuring out what they don't know).
• Is genuinely excited about, stays highly updated and has built products using AI, LLMs, agents, and automation.
• Thinks like a founder, not just an engineer.
• Loves ownership, ambiguity, and figuring things out.
• Bachelors from tier-1 colleges - IIT/BITS/IIIT
• Bonus: Experience building AI agents, agentic AI systems which are being used on production and at scale would be a big plus
• Bonus: ex-founders, ex-founding engineer at funded startups

What will you actually do?

Pretty much everything tech.

• Build our website, mobile app, and customer-facing experiences.
• Build AI agents and automate workflows across marketing, operations, customer experience, and more.
• Experiment with new AI tools, ship quickly, break things, fix things.
• Own the entire tech stack, from writing code to deploying products.
• Eventually help build the tech team as we scale.
