Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Raipur. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components. Responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing APIs, integrating AI-powered services into SaaS products, and ensuring code quality, performance, and security. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features end-to-end, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the product experience for MSME customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Languages: TypeScript, Python
Mobile Development: Flutter or React Native
Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit
Backend: FastAPI and either Express.js or NestJS
Database: MySQL, SQL queries, joins, and database operations
Cloud & DevOps: AWS basics and CI/CD pipelines
Version Control: Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution
DSA (Advantage): Data structures, algorithms, time and space complexity, arrays, stacks, queues, trees, and graphs.

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications.
Build frontend components, backend APIs, and database integrations.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain code quality.
Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
