Job Description

SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

• As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications.
• The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements and continuous improvement of existing systems are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet evolving business needs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for enterprise applications.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
