As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Senior Manager you will lead client-facing work focused on Salesforce Revenue Cloud strategy, implementation, and support across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, helping clients improve operational efficiency and adapt their business applications to changing needs. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, advise client teams through complex issues, use sound judgment to decide when to act or escalate, and develop collaborative, inclusive teams that deliver consistent results. In this role at PwC, you will bring together consulting skills, Salesforce experience, and business understanding to guide solution design, support adoption, and translate client needs into practical delivery plans within our Advisory practice, specifically within our Salesforce Consulting Generalist work.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation workstreams across pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue processes
  • Advising clients on product-to-cash lifecycle design, recurring revenue models, and consumption-based business operating needs
  • Translating business requirements into scalable solution designs using Salesforce Advanced Revenue Management and connected platform capabilities
  • Guiding configuration activities, data flow design, and integration planning across sales and revenue operations
  • Managing project scope, milestones, risks, and issue resolution across complex client delivery efforts
  • Directing teams through ambiguous situations while applying sound judgment to choose when to act or escalate
  • Coaching team members through solution design, implementation support, and client delivery tasks
  • Validating solution outcomes with client stakeholders and refining approaches based on feedback and business priorities
  • Developing clear presentations and storylines that explain process changes, delivery progress, and business impact
  • Applying systems thinking to uncover process gaps, improve operating models, and streamline quote to cash execution
  • Modeling professional and technical standards while guiding responsible use of Salesforce tools and delivery practices

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 15 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
  • At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
  • Developing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for quote-to-cash processes
  • Applying systems thinking to pricing, billing, and revenue workflows
  • Crafting client-ready messages across complex implementation efforts
  • Coaching teams through ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Translating business needs into Salesforce configuration decisions
