About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, React.js, and Microservices Architecture, along with exposure to Generative AI-based solutions. You will be responsible for developing high-performance applications, designing event-driven systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable business solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern full-stack development practices.
  • Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support high-volume business applications.
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and system integration.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Work with MongoDB and other databases to design, develop, and optimize data storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and Agile delivery activities.
  • Integrate Generative AI capabilities and AI-assisted development practices into enterprise applications where applicable.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices.
  • Follow coding standards, software engineering best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems and distributed applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Apache Kafka, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development frameworks.
  • Experience with MongoDB and database design principles.
  • Good understanding of API design, system integration, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI-powered integrations, or AI-assisted software engineering tools.
  • Experience working with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and development best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
