Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Mirketa is looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team in Noida — someone who can own solution design end-to-end, engage confidently with customers, and mentor the next generation of talent on the bench.

What you'll do

You'll sit at the intersection of architecture and delivery — translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, making key design calls, and staying hands-on enough to guide the team through implementation. You'll be a visible face to our customers: running discovery conversations, presenting solution approaches, and building the kind of trust that keeps clients coming back. Internally, you'll mentor developers and consultants, review their designs and code, and help raise the technical bar across the team.

What we're looking for

• 7–9 years of overall Salesforce experience, with a track record of leading design and delivery on complex implementations
• Strong solution architecture and design skills — comfortable owning technical decisions and defending them to both engineers and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) or Salesforce Health Cloud is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with customers — leading conversations, not just sitting in on them
• Proven ability to mentor and grow a team — reviewing work, unblocking people, and setting a technical example
• A strong academic background from a reputed institution
• Salesforce certifications (Platform/Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, or equivalent) are a plus
