We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead end-to-end AI and analytics engagements, develop scalable machine learning solutions, manage technical teams, and collaborate with clients to drive business outcomes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning solutions for complex business problems.

Develop predictive models using algorithms such as Random Forest, SVM, Neural Networks, Decision Trees, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, K-Means, and PCA.

Lead AI and analytics projects across domains such as Retail, Pharma, Banking, and Insurance.

Define Data Science strategies, technology roadmaps, and scalable implementation approaches.

Manage and mentor Data Scientists, allocate workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.

Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and communicate project progress.

Drive project planning, effort estimation, delivery governance, and quality assurance.

Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design, business cases, and internal product development initiatives.

🔹 Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, and Spark

✅ Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics

✅ NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and BERT

✅ Statistics and Hypothesis Testing

✅ Machine Learning algorithms and model development

✅ Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

✅ Large-scale data processing and distributed computing

Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data ecosystems.

Experience translating business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Strong leadership, team management, and client engagement skills.

Experience in project management, resource planning, and delivery governance.
