Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Lucknow. The Research Assistant will support ongoing research projects by collecting data, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and academic manuscripts. Daily responsibilities include organizing and maintaining research records, performing basic data analysis, and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and integrity of research outputs. The role may involve laboratory work, coordinating with participants or stakeholders, and preparing materials for meetings and publications. The Research Assistant will also assist in administrative tasks related to research activities and contribute to the improvement of research processes.

• Relevant academic background in science, social science, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and research tools; familiarity with statistical software is an advantage.
