Zoho Creator Developer

Zoho Creator Developer (2+ years)

We're looking for a Zoho Creator Developer to design, build and maintain custom low-code applications across the Auswide group. You'll turn business processes into reliable Creator apps, using Deluge scripting, integrations and AI-powered features to support our digital transformation work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom Zoho Creator applications, including forms, pages, reports, dashboards and portals.
• Write, maintain and optimize Deluge scripts for form actions, workflows, schedules and custom functions.
• Implement workflow rules, approval processes, email notifications, conditional field visibility and dynamic forms.
• Build reports, analytics and scheduled processes that give teams real-time operational visibility.
• Integrate Creator apps with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and other Zoho One apps, and with third-party systems through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Manage data migration, imports, deduplication and clean-up for Creator applications.
• Set up user roles, permissions and sharing so data stays secure and compliant.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into working app designs and prototypes.
• Support the full delivery cycle: build, testing, deployment, training, documentation and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot issues, tune app performance and provide ongoing support.
• Build AI-powered features in Creator, such as chatbots, virtual assistants and LLM-driven automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Zoho Creator development experience.
• Strong Deluge scripting skills.
• Experience building forms, reports, pages and workflows in Creator, ideally including Creator portals.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON.
• The ability to turn business requirements into practical Creator solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated; works independently to deadlines.
• Interest in AI tools such as Claude and in building chatbot or assistant features.
• Familiarity with Obsidian for documentation.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics or Zoho Flow.
• Zoho Creator certification.
• Basic HTML, CSS or JavaScript for custom Creator widgets and pages.
• Prompt engineering and AI integration experience.
