Element5 is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and execution of projects.

What your role will look like

• Develop & effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Prepare standard management reports and metrics by creating leadership dashboards, job aids and other materials as required to support leadership decisions.
• Create and manage project plans.
• Define, track, and report on the execution of the project deliverables in close collaboration with the development team
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation & resolution plans with data-driven insights

What we ask to bring with you

Experience & Background

• 7+ years of total IT/software experience, with 3+ years specifically in software project delivery management.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, effectively managing cross-functional and global stakeholders (onsite, offshore, and clients).Agile Execution & Process Management
• Strong foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and traditional SDLC frameworks, with hands-on experience helping teams adapt and optimize these processes.
• Techno-functional aptitude to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating key Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and driving actionable follow-ups.Project Governance & Tools
• Proactive risk and issue management—maintaining RAID logs to flag schedule slippages, resource bottlenecks, or technical dependencies early.
• Familiarity with modern project tracking tools (ClickUp preferred, or Jira, Monday.com).
• Proficiency or strong comfort using AI productivity tools and workspace copilots to streamline task management and workflow efficiency.Communication & Problem Solving
• Exceptional Communication: Proactive, highly articulate communicator capable of translating technical updates into clear, concise executive summaries.
• Innovative Mindset: Driven by curiosity and ownership—eager to leverage tech innovations and challenge traditional approaches to solve complex problems.
