Job Title : Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, ETL, AWS & AI)

Work Location : Remote

Work Type : Permanent - Full Time

Job Qualification:

  • Strong Python development expertise with experience building scalable backend systems.
  • 50% Backend and 50% Frontend development experience using Python and React.js.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
  • Strong AWS experience, including cloud infrastructure, cloud-native, and serverless architectures.
  • Solid PostgreSQL experience, including database design, schema management, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-powered features into production applications.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, ETL workflows, and data platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and analytics systems.
  • Ability to independently own projects from design to production deployment.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Passion for adopting AI tools to improve engineering productivity and workflows.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
  • Design and build responsive frontend applications using React.js.
  • Drive end-to-end product development, from architecture to production deployment.
  • Build and manage cloud-native applications and infrastructure using AWS.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analytics teams to develop data-driven applications.
  • Integrate applications with APIs, data platforms, and analytics systems.
  • Support ETL workflows and data pipeline development.
  • Develop reusable components, automation tools, and internal applications.
  • Integrate LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-powered automation into business applications.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
  • Take ownership of features and projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.
