Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior AI-Native Product Engineer for a US-based healthcare technology organization. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.

Time: 6:00 PM- 3:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality product features across the application stack.
  • Build and enhance frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js and relevant backend frameworks.
  • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis to design efficient data models, queries, and application workflows.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered features, workflows, and agents into the product.
  • Use AI coding assistants and agentic development tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Design and implement reliable API integrations, background jobs, and event-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Delivery Lead to translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into functional, production-ready features.
  • Work closely with the DevOps and Platform Engineering team to ensure smooth deployments, application performance, and production reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code, following established engineering standards.
  • Implement automated tests, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve performance and application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions, architecture improvements, and engineering best practices.
  • Ensure application security, data protection, and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application architecture, development workflows, and overall product performance.
  • Take ownership of features from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or product engineering.
  • Proven experience taking product features from requirements and technical design through development, testing, and production release.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ability to make sound technical decisions while balancing development speed, maintainability, scalability, and product requirements.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment, with a strong interest in adopting and improving AI-assisted development practices.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical decisions and explain implementation approaches.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced product environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
