Job Summary

We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and experienced Business Strategist with 5+ years of experience to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and develop effective business strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to create and execute strategic plans that strengthen our market presence, expand our client base, and drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's service portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities in IT services, software development, web development, mobile applications, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, HR, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare business proposals, strategic plans, and growth reports.
  • Analyse business performance and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Present business strategies and growth plans to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business strategy, business development, or strategic management.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
  • Strong client relationship management and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services or digital marketing companies.
  • Knowledge of software development, website development, mobile applications, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in business expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities.
