1. Position OverviewSNS Square / Innovation Hub is seeking an accomplished and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven service and product development initiatives.

The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, program management capabilities, and leadership skills to drive complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end technology programs, optimizing delivery processes, mitigating project risks, and ensuring timely execution within defined quality standards.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple technology programs across service and product development.
  • Strategic Planning: Define project scope, roadmaps, milestones, resource requirements, timelines, and measurable success criteria.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, design, business, and external stakeholder teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide technical and delivery teams to enhance productivity, accountability, and performance.
  • Project Governance: Establish and maintain project management frameworks, documentation, progress reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality parameters.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in development workflows, delivery methodologies, and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to senior management and relevant stakeholders.3. Technical CompetenciesCandidates should demonstrate proficiency or working knowledge in the following areas:
  • Programming technologies: Java, Python, MERN Stack, and MEAN Stack.
  • Product and service development lifecycle.
  • Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and system integrations.
  • Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
  • Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Science – additional advantage.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Project tracking, documentation, and collaboration tools.
  • User-Centered Design and Design Thinking principles.4. Educational Qualifications & Experience
  • Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification.
  • 7–12 years of relevant professional experience in technical program management, project management, product development, or IT service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple technology projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Experience in managing project timelines, resources, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.5. Preferred Professional CertificationsCandidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
  • PMP – Project Management Professional
  • CSM – Certified ScrumMaster
  • CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management
  • PRINCE2 – Projects IN Controlled Environments
  • PMI-ACP – Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Other relevant project or program management certifications.6. Core Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
