Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, SQL, Scripting, Ignite.
  • Experience with Java Enterprise Edition components and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of web services and RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with application servers and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of database integration and transaction management within enterprise applications.
  • Ability to work with agile development methodologies and version control systems.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
  • The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
