• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, microservices, and APIs using Python, Java, and PostgreSQL. •Lead the design, development and implementation of IBM FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) based solutions and integrations. •Work along with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions for high-volume transactional and document management processes. •Design and implement document ingestion, storage, retrieval, streaming, and archival solutions to support enterprise content management needs. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and production issues across distributed systems.
• Prepare and maintain documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation instructions. •Drive cloud-native development practices, containerization, automation, and deployment initiatives on OpenShift platforms.•Integrate enterprise applications with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, availability, and maintainability.• Required 8+ Years Exp.
