Mandatory criteria:

Hands-on API integration experience.
E-commerce or channel integration exposure.
Experience handling customer-facing technical onboarding calls.

Candidates with only customer support, manual QA/testing, or general customer success experience without practical API integration exposure should not be shortlisted.

We are looking for a technically strong Customer Onboarding Engineer with hands-on experience in API integrations, SaaS implementation and client-facing technical onboarding.

The ideal candidate will help D2C brands and marketplace sellers connect their e-commerce channels to a SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration, accurate data synchronization and a smooth onboarding experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation, from kickoff to go-live.
Integrate Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Ads with SaaS platforms.
Troubleshoot API and integration issues using logs, payloads and error responses.
Perform data mapping, synchronization, quality checks and end-to-end data validation.
Manage API authentication, access permissions, webhooks and authorization flows.
Conduct client calls, explain technical concepts clearly and coordinate issue resolution.
Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction and successful implementation.

🔹 Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks and HTTP methods

✅ API testing using Postman or similar tools

✅ API authentication, OAuth 2.0 and data mapping

✅ Basic SQL / database knowledge

✅ API troubleshooting and data synchronization

✅ Hands-on experience with Amazon SP-API / Amazon Ads API, Shopify Admin API, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Data API or Google Ads API

✅ Experience independently managing client-facing onboarding calls from kickoff to go-live

🔹 Preferred Experience

E-commerce, marketplace, Quick Commerce, SaaS or retail-tech.
Platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit and Zepto.
OMS, WMS, ERP or marketplace management platforms.
E-commerce analytics or data SaaS products.
Experience with Flipkart Seller APIs, Meta Marketing API and Quick Commerce integrations.

🔹 Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-first mindset with excellent ownership and stakeholder management.
Ability to handle multiple implementations and resolve technical issues calmly.
