Frontend Engineer — React Native (3+ YOE)

The role

You’ll build the mobile experience that makes complex AI capabilities useful to everyday business owners. Working closely with design, product, and the founders, you’ll take features from idea to release and improve them based on real usage. We ship quickly, but care about the details that make an app reliable at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship high-quality React Native features across Android and iOS.
  • Make flows responsive and dependable on lower-end Android devices and inconsistent networks.
  • Translate strong UI into polished interactions, not just functional screens.
  • Improve app performance and stability; use product data, bugs, and feedback to find what needs fixing or simplifying.

What we’re looking for

You have 3+ years of experience building and shipping mobile products, with strong hands-on React Native and TypeScript skills. You understand mobile performance, API integration, app releases, debugging, and maintaining a production app.

You’ve built for Indian consumers, ideally including users in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. You think about the person holding the phone: what they’ll understand, where they might get stuck, and whether the experience works in their real conditions. You move fast, take ownership, and care as much about the finished product as the code behind it.
