📍 Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Work From Office)

💼 Experience: 4–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced ServiceMax Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceMax configuration, Salesforce development, customization, and integrations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, roadmaps, and pain points.
  • Understand existing system architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions on ServiceMax.
  • Guide team members and distribute development tasks.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, workflows, triggers, and integrations.

🔹 Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Full-cycle ServiceMax implementation experience.
  • ServiceMax SFM Transactions, SFM Wizards, Dispatch Console, Service Board, Optimax.
  • Output Documents, Checklist Designer, Code Snippets.
  • Preventive Maintenance Process and Timesheet Management.
  • ServiceMax Translations and Go Mobile App Configuration.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Asynchronous Apex, SOQL and SOSL.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow.
  • Salesforce Security, Sharing Rules, and Validation Rules.
  • REST APIs, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns.
  • Git, CI/CD, Copado, and Salesforce deployment tools.

🔹 Good to Have:

  • Work Order and Installed Product Management.
  • Parts Order Management.
  • Location Management.
  • Scheduling and Optimization.
  • Warranty and Entitlement Management.

🔹 Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I.
  • Salesforce Administrator / App Builder.
  • ServiceMax Administrator 101.
  • ServiceMax Advanced Administrator 201.
