The position also involves shaping strategic directions by integrating emerging ideas and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with clients. Throughout the day, the expert balances technical insight with business understanding to drive impactful changes and enhance the organization s reputation in the marketplace.

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within human capital management systems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules tailored to diverse organizational needs.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable compensation solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and facilitate smooth project delivery.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
