Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic engineering leader who will be the primary contributor at the engineering table—owning requirement gathering, leading solution design, and front‑ending delivery for clients. While not a hands‑on role, this leader must bring past hands‑on experience in model building and the ability to guide teams with credibility. The role requires wearing multiple hats, driving segregation of responsibilities, and shaping the design and strategy for integrating AI across existing and new products.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable engineering solutions.

Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring AI integration aligns with product strategy and business outcomes.

Act as the engineering face to the client, building trust and confidence in delivery.

Define and drive the AI integration roadmap across product lines, balancing innovation with compliance and scalability.

Provide strategic oversight across engineering squads, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and delivery ownership.

Mentor and influence teams, leveraging prior hands‑on expertise in model building to guide technical depth.

Collaborate with product, compliance, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of AI‑enabled solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of engineering leadership with proven hands‑on background in AI/ML model building.

Strong expertise in solution design, architecture, and enterprise technology platforms (Cloud, Data, AI).

Demonstrated ability to front‑end client delivery with executive presence and stakeholder management.

Experience in integrating AI into product ecosystems, driving design and strategy at scale.

Ability to manage multi‑skilled teams and segregate responsibilities effectively.

Excellent communication and consulting skills; ability to influence at CXO level.
