NamiNaya is an emerging AI-powered fashion and creative media venture launching in January 2027.

We're building two exciting businesses under one brand:

👗 NamiNaya Store — Our own women's fashion and lifestyle brand, starting with clothing collections and expanding into new categories.

🎨 NamiNaya Studio — Our AI-powered fashion modeling and creative agency, producing virtual fashion shoots, advertising campaigns, and digital content for fashion brands.

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial Fashion Brand & Growth Associate to help us build NamiNaya from the ground up.

You'll work directly with leadership on fashion collections, brand positioning, sourcing, product development, creative campaigns, partnerships, e-commerce, and business growth.

You don't need to be a professional fashion designer. But you should genuinely love fashion, have an eye for design and trends, understand what customers want, and be excited about turning ideas into a real business.

This is an early-career, hands-on position with meaningful responsibility and opportunities to grow as the business expands.

🎯 What You'll Do📌 Fashion Research & Collection Development

• Research women's fashion trends, styles, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and emerging collections.
• Follow Indian and international fashion brands, designers, retailers, and emerging labels.
• Help conceptualize NamiNaya's first women's clothing collections.
• Identify attractive styles and product categories with commercial potential.
• Work with freelance fashion designers to translate creative ideas into product concepts.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on sourcing, sampling, fittings, and production.
• Review product samples for style, quality, finishing, and brand consistency.

📌 Fashion Brand Building & E-Commerce

• Help build NamiNaya Store into a distinctive women's fashion brand.
• Contribute to brand positioning, pricing, product selection, and customer experience.
• Help plan new collections, seasonal launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate online merchandising, product descriptions, and storefront presentation.
• Research competitors, fashion marketplaces, and customer buying behavior.
• Support strategies for expanding into US and international markets.

📌 AI Fashion, Creative Media & Marketing

• Work with NamiNaya Studio on AI-powered fashion shoots, virtual models, and advertising campaigns.
• Bring ideas for fashion styling, photoshoot concepts, campaign themes, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with AI artists, designers, content creators, and video production teams.
• Help plan Instagram campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Explore emerging AI tools for fashion content creation and brand marketing.
• Ensure creative campaigns reflect NamiNaya's positioning, visual identity, and product quality.

📌 Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify opportunities with fashion brands, boutiques, retailers, designers, and D2C businesses.
• Develop relationships with garment manufacturers, suppliers, influencers, and creative partners.
• Assist with business pitches, proposals, presentations, and partnership discussions.
• Help identify potential clients for NamiNaya Studio's AI fashion services.
• Research new markets, product categories, and revenue opportunities.

📌 Execution & Special Projects

• Work directly with leadership to turn fashion and business ideas into actionable projects.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, creative teams, and external partners.
• Track product development, sourcing, project timelines, and launch milestones.
• Prepare market research, competitor analysis, business presentations, and execution plans.
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives and follow them through to completion.

🎓 Education & Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Communication, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field preferred.

• Graduates from NIFT, Pearl Academy, NID, Amity School of Fashion Technology, and other recognized fashion, design, media, or business institutes are encouraged to apply.
• 0–4 years of experience preferred.
• Exceptional fresh graduates with strong fashion knowledge, creativity, and initiative are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

A formal fashion design degree is NOT mandatory.

We value creativity, fashion sense, business thinking, and the ability to execute more than academic credentials alone.

• Exposure to fashion buying, merchandising, apparel sourcing, or garment manufacturing.
• Familiarity with fabrics, fit, garment construction, and production processes.

• Understanding of Shopify, e-commerce operations, or online fashion retail.
• Knowledge of Instagram fashion trends, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
• Familiarity with AI image generation, video production, or creative automation tools.
• Personal fashion projects, entrepreneurial ventures, or relevant freelance experience.

💰 Compensation₹5–8 LPA, based on experience, skills, creativity, and demonstrated potential.
