SUGEN is hiring a Lead Engineer in Ahmedabad, India. This is a full-time role paying ₹60–80 lakh per year, depending on background and skill.

We build AI native hospital management systems and healthcare products for emerging markets. We want an exceptional engineer who stays deeply hands on while leading an engineering team.

You will own architecture and production engineering, write and review code, mentor engineers, and take responsibility for delivery. Strong ML/AI expertise, initiative, and sound judgment matter.

Around 5 years of experience is ideal, with flexibility for exceptional ability. You should use AI coding tools and agents effectively while critically reviewing, testing, and debugging their output.
