The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, driven, and execution-oriented professional to join the Founder’s Office at Unicommerce. Working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, business performance analysis, and cross-functional projects that directly impact business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong academic credentials with hands-on startup experience and a solid understanding of the SaaS, e-commerce, B2B technology, or internet business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Planning: Support leadership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Business Analytics: Analyse business metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to drive critical business initiatives.
• Leadership Reporting: Prepare management dashboards, business reviews, presentations, and performance reports.
• Project Management: Translate business priorities into action plans, track milestones, and drive initiatives to closure.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Education: Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 college/institute.
• Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory.
• Industry Experience: Current or prior experience in at least one of the following is mandatory: SaaS, E-commerce, B2B Technology, Internet Businesses
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to structure ideas and present insights clearly.
• Execution Mindset: High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have

• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, dashboards, or financial modelling.
• Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, and data-driven business processes.
