ERP Core Developer (4D)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ERP Core Developer (4D) based in India.

Join a distributed software development team building the core of an international ERP/MIS platform for the print, sign, and packaging industries.

In this fully remote role, you will contribute to a scalable SaaS solution used by customers across more than 30 countries.

You will focus on backend architecture, complex business logic, API development, and workflow automation.

Your expertise in 4D development will help strengthen the platform's core technology and support evolving business needs.

Accountabilities

As an ERP Core Developer, you will help develop, maintain, and scale the foundational technology of an international ERP/MIS platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and enhance the core technology powering the ERP/MIS software.
• Design, implement, and improve high-performance backend architecture.
• Build and maintain complex business logic, including AI-driven functionality where applicable.
• Design and develop APIs to support integrations and communication between systems.
• Create and improve workflow automation to streamline business processes.
• Contribute to the scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform's SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate on technical solutions that support the evolving needs of customers in the print, sign, and packaging industries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has practical 4D development experience and a strong interest in building complex business applications. Experience across backend development, APIs, automation, or AI-related business logic will be valuable. Key requirements include:

• Hands-on experience with 4D development.
• Experience in at least one relevant complementary area, such as PHP, Node.js, full-stack development, workflow automation, API development, functional analysis, or AI-driven business logic.
• Understanding of backend architecture and the development of scalable business software.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a distributed development team.
• Adaptability and willingness to contribute to an evolving SaaS platform.
