Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rockwell FTPC MES Developer responsible for developing, deploying, testing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications on Rockwell platforms. The candidate will work closely with customer teams to understand existing application architecture, implement business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support QA and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Rockwell FTPC MES applications based on detailed customer requirements.
• Analyze FTPC functionality and recommend improvements to existing applications.
• Perform unit testing to validate newly developed code and ensure application quality.
• Debug and resolve application issues caused by missing data, coding defects, or existing functionality.
• Develop optimized SQL Server queries to support MES application design and improve database performance.
• Support customer teams during QA testing, production deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues reported during testing and after production release.
• Understand and document the customer's existing application architecture, system configuration, and workflows.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development solutions.
• Follow applicable security, governance, and development standards.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and application support.

Required Skills

• 6 8 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in MES applications.
• Hands-on experience with Rockwell FTPC MES application development.
• Strong knowledge of Rockwell automation platforms and MES application functionality.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including query development and optimization.
• Experience in unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Experience supporting QA, production deployment, and post-production issues.
• Ability to understand existing application architecture and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
