Job Profile: JAVA Full Stack Developer (L3)

Location: Bangalore, India

Preferred experience: - 5.1-7 years

The Role:

The JAVA Full Stack Developer (L3) is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications using Java and Spring-based technologies. The role involves building and integrating RESTful web services, managing database interactions using SQL and Hibernate, performing application testing and debugging, and ensuring high-quality code delivery in accordance with architectural standards and project requirements. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver application enhancements, resolve production issues, and meet project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, support, and enhance applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
  • Understand the functional aspects of applications and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Prepare test plans and perform unit, functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Develop solutions in alignment with technical specifications, architectural guidelines, and infrastructure constraints.
  • Perform impact analysis, propose technical solutions, and estimate development efforts.
  • Ensure application quality, performance, and adherence to established development standards throughout the SDLC.
  • Track development activities, maintain project documentation, and update task progress using Jira and Wiki.
  • Coordinate with production release and support teams for application deployments and ongoing support.
  • Monitor deliverables, report progress to the Team Lead, and escalate technical issues or project risks when required.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.

Must - Have Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java 8/9/11/17, including application development and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate ORM.
  • Strong experience in developing and integrating RESTful Web Services.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Maven and Jenkins for build and deployment activities.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Experience with Kafka messaging.
  • Knowledge of Shell Scripting.
