Summary

UST is looking for Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on development experience in Golang or Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and AWS.

The candidate will work on business-critical Finance and Supply Chain applications covering areas such as financial planning, reporting, automation, and supply chain operations. The role involves building scalable full-stack applications and intelligent workflow automation solutions while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Golang/Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.
Build and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
Lead technical design and development across frontend and backend systems.
Build reliable, well-tested, secure, and maintainable applications.
Work closely with Product, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
Guide engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
Contribute to intelligent automation and agentic workflow solutions.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Golang OR Ruby on Rails.
Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS.
Strong experience with AWS/cloud-based application development.
Full Stack application development experience.
Experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar technical leadership role.
Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, databases, testing, and distributed systems.
Experience delivering production-grade, scalable applications.
Good communication skills and ability to work with US-based customers/stakeholders.
