📢 Hiring: Head – R&D, New Product Development & Quality

📍 Location: Chennai / Chengalpattu

💼 Experience: 15–25 Years

🏭 Industry: Filtration / Filter Manufacturing

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in R&D, filter design and new product development.
• Hands-on expertise in commercial vehicle, off-highway, construction equipment and hydraulic filtration.
• Experience in RFQs, prototyping, product testing, validation and OEM approvals.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and 8D.
• Experience in benchmarking, reverse engineering, root-cause analysis and quality improvement.
• Ability to independently manage the complete product development cycle, from RFQ to production approval.
• Wind turbine filtration experience is an added advantage.
