About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst / Business Analyst who can use data and structured thinking to support product decisions and execution.

You will work closely with Product, Technology, Design, and business teams to analyse product performance, translate requirements into user stories, support releases, and identify opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Analyse user behaviour, funnels, engagement, retention, and other product metrics.
  • Build dashboards and convert data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with Product, Technology, and Design teams during planning and development.
  • Conduct UAT, identify edge cases, and validate releases.
  • Measure the impact of product changes and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct competitor, market, and customer research.
  • Use AI and no-code tools to improve research, analysis, and workflows.

Who Can Apply

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or Data Analysis.
  • Experience working in a startup or product-based company, or a graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and conducting UAT.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product and Technology teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Startup experience and an interest in mental health or consumer technology are a plus.
