Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can own end-to-end project delivery across technical and functional workstreams. The candidate will act as the primary point of coordination between the client, business stakeholders, designers, developers, QA, and other delivery teams. The role requires enough technical depth to understand the solution architecture, application integrations, data flows, security, and delivery risks, alongside strong functional understanding, client communication, relationship management, planning, and execution. The technology stack remains React, Node.js / TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day client contact; build trusted relationships, manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
  • Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, demos, and delivery status meetings.
  • Coordinate designers, frontend and backend developers, QA, infrastructure teams, integration teams, and other stakeholders to keep delivery aligned.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and delivery dashboards.
  • Provide technical delivery oversight for applications built with React JS, Node.js / TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Come up with the solution design, Technical specification, Architecture document and integration points with other applications, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and Azure OpenAI GPT.
  • Design database, APIs, workflows, authentication and authorization, RBAC, audit trails, logging, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integration considerations.
  • Coordinate UI/UX design reviews and ensure designs are feasible, consistent with requirements, and ready for development.
  • Manage scope, change requests, assumptions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths; drive decisions to prevent delivery slippage.
  • Track development, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, UAT, release readiness, controlled manual DEV/UAT/Production deployments, and post-release support.
  • Ensure delivery practices align with Git-based version control, SonarQube quality gates, security controls, and agreed quality standards.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis for major technical or delivery issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to client leadership and internal management, including progress, risks, decisions needed, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery metrics, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, project leadership, business analysis, or a closely related role, with demonstrated ownership of application delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, testing, release management, and production support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of React JS, Node.js / TypeScript, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL sufficient to discuss design choices, dependencies, risks, and delivery estimates with engineering teams.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts, data modelling, transactions, indexing, query performance, and data integrity.
  • Experience managing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional workflows, prioritization, and scope changes.
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, expectation setting, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate designers, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
  • Strong project planning, estimation, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, and status reporting skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise authentication, authorization, RBAC, secure application practices, audit trails, logging, exception handling, and integration patterns.
  • Experience coordinating Git-based development practices, code reviews, SonarQube quality gates, testing, UAT, and controlled releases.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, facilitation, negotiation, and escalation management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure application services and cloud-based application delivery.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams / Adaptive Cards integration.
  • Exposure to Azure OpenAI / GPT API integration and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Exposure to enterprise system / middleware integration and SAP integration.
  • Familiarity with SonarQube, Azure Application Insights / Log Analytics, and secure code-quality practices.
  • Experience delivering configurable workflow or rule-engine-based enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams and enterprise clients.

Expected Seniority

The candidate should be able to lead delivery from requirement discovery and solution planning through design, development, integration, testing, UAT, controlled deployment, and production stabilization. They are expected to understand technical discussions well enough to challenge assumptions, identify delivery risks, facilitate decisions, and keep the client and delivery team aligned. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a requirement for the candidate to personally write production code.
