Role: Digital Lending HeadLocation: Mumbai | Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

We are looking for a Digital Lending Head to build and scale Bullit’s MSME lending business by developing lender partnerships, driving loan disbursements, and improving the end-to-end digital lending journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and lending institutions.
• Drive MSME loan sourcing, conversion, and disbursement targets.
• Define lending products, customer segments, and eligibility criteria.
• Manage the end-to-end digital lending journey, from lead generation to disbursement.
• Work with technology and product teams to automate lending workflows and integrate lenders.
• Monitor business performance, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations and partner requirements.
• Build and lead the digital lending team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital lending, MSME lending, or fintech.
• Strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
• Experience in loan origination, credit processes, and digital lending operations.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and loan disbursements.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and team leadership skills.
• Experience working with technology teams on digital lending platforms is preferred.
