Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Shopify & WordPress Developer to manage, maintain, and optimize our brand websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities, ensuring website performance, security, uptime, content updates, bug fixes, and implementation of new features. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress platforms and be capable of handling multiple brand websites independently.

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & AMC

• Manage end-to-end maintenance of company websites built on Shopify and WordPress.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, speed, and functionality.
• Perform regular updates for themes, plugins, apps, and CMS versions.
• Conduct periodic website audits and health checks.
• Resolve technical issues, bugs, and website errors promptly.
• Ensure website backups and disaster recovery processes are in place.

Shopify Development

• Customize Shopify themes and templates.
• Configure and manage Shopify apps and integrations.
• Implement new features, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Optimize product pages, collections, checkout flow, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot Shopify-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

WordPress Development

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Manage page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Create and maintain custom pages, forms, and functionalities.
• Optimize website performance and security.
• Handle WordPress migrations and server configurations when required.

Website Optimization & SEO

• Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and website performance metrics.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices and browsers.

Security & Compliance

• Monitor website security vulnerabilities.
• Implement SSL, firewall, malware scanning, and security best practices.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
• Coordinate with hosting providers and third-party vendors.
• Maintain documentation of website changes, updates, and maintenance activities.
• Provide periodic AMC reports and recommendations for website improvements.

Strong experience with Shopify Development.
