Qualifications we seek in you!

Must-haves:

• Strong experience of owning delivery end to end (scope, schedule, commercials, client relationship) on fixed-price or managed-services programs
• Delivery of digital, IoT or analytics solutions into manufacturing plants or other industrial operations
• Experience running governance with US/EU client stakeholders (steering committees, escalations, change requests)
• Running SLA-based application support after go-live (incident and change management, ITIL)
• Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Analytics

Adjacent profiles to target:

• Industry 4.0 / smart factory delivery leaders (MES, IIoT, predictive maintenance, OEE programs)
• Delivery heads from engineering services and ER&D firms with manufacturing or automotive clients
• Program managers from industrial automation system integrators (PLC/SCADA/MES rollouts across multiple plants)
• Delivery leaders of AI/ML or data platform programs for manufacturing, metals, chemicals or energy clients
• Internal candidates from other Genpact Manufacturing / Hi-Tech accounts with multi-site rollout experience

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Computer Vision and ADM engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality, and budget commitments.
• Define and execute delivery strategies for multiple programs, portfolios, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support functions.
• Drive successful delivery of Computer Vision, AI-enabled, and enterprise application modernization initiatives at scale.
• Manage delivery governance, program reviews, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications across business and technology leadership.
• Establish delivery frameworks, best practices, KPIs, quality standards, and operational excellence processes across engagements.
• Lead program planning, estimation, resource allocation, capacity management, and financial forecasting activities.
• Ensure effective risk management, dependency management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across complex programs.
• Partner with architects, product owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to drive successful solution implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, automation, quality engineering, and delivery efficiency.
• Oversee application lifecycle management including new development, enhancements, modernization, maintenance, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Lead multiple distributed teams across geographies, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance delivery culture.
• Build and develop technical leadership capabilities within delivery organizations through mentoring and coaching.
• Drive cloud adoption, DevOps, automation, AI-assisted engineering, and modern software delivery practices.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for delivery, operational, and technical concerns.
• Support strategic initiatives, technology transformations, and innovation programs that enhance business value and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and solutioning teams during proposals, RFPs, estimations, and customer presentations.
• Monitor delivery health, customer satisfaction, service levels, and financial performance of programs and portfolios.
• Drive organizational objectives related to revenue growth, margin improvement, resource optimization, and customer retention.
